It was established in 2053 BS (1997 AD). Its head office is located at New Road, Pokhara-9, Kaski, in Gandaki Province. The company has 51% promoter ownership with 49% of shares held by the general public, and an authorized capital of NPR 1.5 billion. It provides banking and financial services to industries, trade, business, small entrepreneurs, the priority and deprived sectors and the general public.
