Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) is a Kathmandu-based public limited company incorporated on 28 February 2005 and a sister organisation of the Sanima Hydro Group. It is the special purpose vehicle that developed the 28.1 MW Lower Likhu (Tallo Likhu) Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme on the Likhu River in Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality of Ramechhap district, Bagmati Province, with the diversion weir touching Likhu Rural Municipality of Okhaldhunga district, Koshi Province. The project obtained its generation license on 10 April 2016 (valid 35 years) and signed a PPA with NEA on 29 December 2016 for 30 years from COD. Contracted annual energy is about 170.84 million units at a 69.40% plant load factor.
