It was registered as a public company on 2069/11/24 (approximately November 2012), received Nepal Rastra Bank approval on 2070/02/01, and began operations as a licensed Class-D institution from 2070/02/05 (approximately 2013). Its central office is located in Pokhara-26, Bijayapur, Kaski.
