The company has an authorized capital of NPR 1 billion, with 51% of paid-up capital held by promoters and 49% by the general public. It operates branches in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Butwal, Birtamode, Itahari, Dang, Nepalgunj, Ilam and Phidim. Its shares are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
