Trade Tower Limited (TTL) is a Kathmandu-based company engaged in real estate, leasing, financing, and infrastructure development, and is the flagship company of the Trade Tower Group. The company was established in 2006/2007. Its flagship project, Trade Tower Thapathali, is described as one of Nepal's largest commercial buildings and began rental operations in 2011, maintaining high occupancy. TTL has also developed the Janata Residency residential complex in Bhaisepati and Hotel Crystal Pashupati, a three-star hotel in Gaushala, Kathmandu, which began partial operations in April 2024.
