It was incorporated in 2066 BS and commenced operations on 18 Mangsir 2066 BS as the 84th finance company of Nepal. Its head office is located at Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu (Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward 28). The company provides financial services through a network of around 21 branches nationwide, including offices in New Road, Pokhara, Narayangarh, Besisahar, Kavre, Gorkha, Jhapa, Lalitpur and Rupandehi.
