Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) is a Nepali hotels and tourism company that owns and operates the Radisson Hotel Kathmandu. It was incorporated as a private limited company in 1994 and converted into a listed public company in 1999, with its registered office at Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province. The hotel is a 260-room (260-key) five-star property built on about a 1.6-acre plot, roughly 5 km from Tribhuvan International Airport, with multiple restaurants, a spa, fitness centre and large meeting facilities. OHL has operated under the globally recognised Radisson brand since 1999 via a franchise agreement with Radisson Hotel International. The company also completed 30 service apartments, which commenced operations in mid-April 2025.
