Asian Hydropower Limited (AHL) is a Nepali hydropower company, incorporated as a private limited company on 5 May 2016 and converted into a public limited company on 10 July 2019. Its principal asset is the 6.2 MW Lower Jogmai (Jogmai Khola) Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme developed under the BOOT model in Ilam district, Koshi Province (Maijogmai Rural Municipality, Suryodaya and Ilam Municipalities). Its generation license was obtained from the Department of Electricity Development in June 2019, with a Power Purchase Agreement signed with the Nepal Electricity Authority in March 2018.
