It was built at an estimated cost of about NPR 4,235 million (roughly NPR 157 million per MW), funded by bank loans of NPR 3,170 million and equity of NPR 1,065 million in a 75:25 debt-to-equity ratio. Power is sold to Nepal Electricity Authority.
