Dibyashwori Hydropower Ltd. (DHPL) is a Nepali hydropower company with its corporate office at Old Baneshwor-34, Kathmandu. It owns the 4 MW Sabha Khola Hydroelectric Project, a run-of-river scheme on the Sabha Khola in Dhupu, Sankhuwasabha district, Koshi Province (Eastern Nepal). The company was established on 2063/10/25 BS (2007) and converted into a public limited company on 2069/07/03 BS. The power purchase agreement for the revised 4 MW capacity (upgraded from 3.3 MW) was signed with the Nepal Electricity Authority on 4 December 2013. The project commenced generation in 2074 BS (2017), and its generation license is valid until 2104 BS. Electricity is sold to the national grid via the NEA.
