Bikash Hydropower Company Limited (BHCL) is a Nepali hydropower company that owns the 4.55 MW Upper Machha Khola (Upper Macchikhola) Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme in Dharche Municipality, Gorkha district, Gandaki Province. The company was incorporated on 8 February 2017 as a private limited company and converted to a public limited company on 27 January 2022. The project is designed on a Q50 (50% probability of exceedance) basis, with a design discharge of 2.63 m3/s and a gross head of 219.5 m, and is projected to generate about 31.15 GWh annually. It achieved commercial operation ahead of schedule and operates at a plant load factor of around 78%. The company issued its IPO to the public in 2025.
