Its head office is located at Kamaladi, Kathmandu-1. The institution was originally established as General Finance Ltd. in 2052 BS and was rebranded as Best Finance Company Ltd. in 2074 BS. It was promoted by a group of entrepreneurs and Non-Resident Nepalese (NRN) businessmen. The company is incorporated under the Company Act, 2063 and provides deposit, lending and related financial services. Its shares are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
